1. Se acuerda trabajar en la creación de un parque para Sámara Centro, como ítem principal en la agenda para 2012. Se deberá elaborar una propuesta formal con presupuestos, planos arquitectónicos etc, para ser presentado ante el concejo municipal.2. CASATUR asistirá al curso de cooperación y modernización de la Municipalidad, con la finalidad de promover este proyecto y obtener ayuda inter-institucional |

1. Giorgio presenta idea para torneo nuevo;Giancarlo sigue desarrollando proyecto, Marco Campos investiga proyectos en Carrillo.
2. Carolina confirma día de castración subsidado para el 20 de febrero de 8am a 4pm. Como evento de bien comunitario, se buscará apoyo de la Asoc de desarrollo para uso de instalaciones |

1: Personnel/Staff – 3 pm – 3.30 pm
1. Approves recruitment of volunteer: Marco Campos, project coordinator

2: Main project: Park Samara Center – 3.30 pm – 4.15 pm
1. It is agreed working on the creation of a park for Samara Center, as a main item on the agenda for 2012. A formal proposal with budgets,architectural plans, etc, should be elaborated for submission to the municipal Council.
2 CASATUR will attend the course for cooperation and modernization of the municipality, in order to promote this project and help with inter-institutional
3: Events, Tournaments / spaying – 4.15 pm – 4.40 pm
1. Giorgio presents idea for new tournament; Giancarlo continues developing project, Marco Campos is investigating projects in Carrillo.
2 Carolina confirms castration clinic for February 20 from 8 am to 4 pm. As a community good event, will seek to Asoc. de Desarrollo’s support for use of facilities.
4: Community – 4.40 pm – 5 pm
1. CASATUR promotes the collection of used cooking oils from restaurants in Samara, in order to not pollute the environment. Blue flag: expected results for February
2. Arrangements of streets to Buena Vista already is in the process.

4. It was agreed to support ICT for Convention between ICT and Muni /CASATUR
